Hema Upadhyay murder: Witness identifies chloroform bottle used in crime

MUMBAI: In the artist Hema Upadhyay and her lawyer Harish Bhambani’s double murder case, a panch witness who deposed before a Dindoshi sessions court on Thursday identified a chloroform bottle which was allegedly used in the crime by the accused. As per the prosecution case, during the altercation that took place in absconding accused Vidyadhar Rajbhar’s workshop where he had called artist Hema Upadhyay and her lawyer Harish Bhambani, the duo was smothered with a cloth soaked with chloroform. -
