Vedanta CFO G R Arun Kumar resigns

NEW D ELHI: Vedanta on Monday said G R Ar un Kumar has resigned as chief financial of ficer (CFO) of the company.

The compan y will announce the effective date of r elieving of Kumar and details of the successor in due course , Vedanta Ltd said in a filing to BSE.

"The boar d has tak en note of the r esignation of GR Ar un K umar fr om the post of Whole-Time Director & Chief Financial Officer of the company to pursue career outside of the Group," Vedanta said.

Kumar hasmade invaluable contribution towards the company's growth and its transfor mation jour ney during his tenure of close to eight years, it added.
