CDPQ Asia gets CCI nod to acquire 2% stake in API Holdings

CDPQ Private Equity Asia Pte Ltd has received an approval from The Competition Commission of India to acquire 2% equity shareholding in API Holdings Pvt Ltd, according to an official release. The acquisition will also provide certain additional rights to CDPQ Private Equity Asia apart from the equity stake, the release said.
