BoB seeks bids to sell 14 bad assets worth Rs 382 crore from ARC, NBFCs

Bank of Baroda has sought bids from asset reconstruc­tion companies, banks, non-banking finance companies and other financial institutio­ns to sell 14 non-per forming assets worth 3.82 bln rupees, a notice on the lender's website said. Also, It has set a floor price for the share sale through a qualified institutio­nal placement at 85.98 rupees per share, the lender informed the exchanges. The bank may offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price.
