Key property: This ayurvedic formulation boosts physical strength. It is effective against Dhatu rog, a medical condition in men where semen flows with urination, stool, general pressure on the lower abdomen or mildest of erotic thought. It also prevents problems like blackout and dizziness.

Ingredients: Nutmeg, mace, clove, white museli, gooseberry, black pepper, harad, ashwagandha, cowhage/ cowitch, asparagus, utangan beej (Blepharis edulis pers), shilajit and Indian kudzu.

Quantity: 1 to 2 pills, twice a day. Or as directed by the physician.

Madhonashni Vati

Key property: It flushes out the unwanted fats from the body and leads to weight loss. Ingredients: Giloy, cardamom, picrorhiza root (Hellebore), indra jau meetha, gooseberry, vaividang, harad and gugal (Indian bdellium-tree)

Quantity: 1 to 2 pills, twice a day. It should be taken with water or either Madhor Ark. Or as directed by the physician.
