(February 27). Chief Election Commissioner Sunil Arora announced the dates of poll in states where elections are due, speaking for nearly 65 minutes. During this time, he touched his nose 42 times, touched his hair five times and put his finger on tongue four times to tur n pages. Many officers and jour nalists were present and jour nalists were asking questions. In this entire period, he did not use a mask, but only his handkerchief. If this is the case with top officials of our country, how can the public be taken to task for not wearing masks?
