Three Cox and Kings executives sent to EOW custody

The custody of Cox and Kings Group promoter Ajit Peter Kerkar, group’s CFO Anil Khandelwal and its internal auditor Naresh Jain was on Monday sent to the Economic Offences Wing (EOW). The trio is currently in judicial custody in the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) case against them for defrauding Yes Bank. The EOW moved a special court on Monday for handing over their custody in a case registered last year. -
