• 663 hospitals miserably fail in fire safety norms

• Notices sent to 38 govt hospitals for shortcomings in the fire safety

• 347 hospitals in Thane were surveyed too 28 were shut down, 151 had submitted fire compliance

• 168 given time to give fire compliance report till Feb 22
