Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences files papers for Rs 700 crore IPO

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd has filed preliminar y papers with capital markets regulator Sebi to raise Rs 700 crore through an initial share-sale. The initial public offering (IPO) comprises a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to Rs 200 crore and an offer for sale of up to 21,340,931 equity shares from promoters and existing shareholders, according to draf t red herring prospectus filed with Sebi.
