Balaji Agencies sells 2.2% stak e in Majesco via bulk deal on NSE

Balaji Agencies today sold 620,000 shares or nearly 2.2% stake in Majesco Ltd at 122.7 rupees apiece via a bulk deal on National Stock Exchange, bourse data showed. The sale price of 122.7 rupees was at a nearly 5% p remium to Tuesday's closing price of 116 .9 rupees. Separately, Nimish Deepak Broker sold 177,151 shares or a 0.62% stake in the company at 122.16 rupees per share via a bulk deal on NSE.
