Woman, her kin and lover held for killing husband in Mumbra

The Mumbra police have arrested the wife, her sister and her lover for brutally killing her husband. The victim was murdered killed with the help of sharp weapon and was left abandoned at the isolated place in Mumbra.

"Ahmed Daud Shaikh, 38, the deceased was killed after a pre-plan by his wife with the help of her sister and lover. The incident was reported on February 27, when gthe body of an unknown man was found near the creek area in Mumbra," said police official from Mumbra police station.

"On February 27, Mohammad Shaikh took the deceased out and consumed liquor. Taking advantage of his drunk state Nafees killed Shaikh with sharp weapon and fled from the spot," said M S Kad, senior police inspector from Mumbra. The accused are identified as Ruksar Shaikh, Mohammad Shaikh and Reshma Sayyed
