Two trucks collide in Panvel, one dead

MUMBAI:

One person died af ter two trucks collided near Panvel exit of Mumbai-Pune Expressway on Saturday. Bandu Salge, 32, cleaner of the truck which was going to Taloja from Pune, died in the incident. The first truck was coming to Taloja from Pune.

As it was taking a turn near Panvel exit at around 4.30 am, another truck which was going towards Pune, hit it. “Salge suffered severe injuries. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but succumbed af ter some time,” police said.
