Chinese charges baseless
NEW DELHI, OCT. 22 (PTI) —
A spokesman of the External Affairs Ministry said here today that Chinese charges alleging air violations by India early this month were completely ‘‘completely baseless’’.
The spokesman said that India had replied on October 19 to the Chinese note of October 17 protesting against alleged air violations in Lhasa on October 10.
These allegations were a mere flight of fancy, the spokesman said.
