Want to make BJP MP again in Raigarh: Sai
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudeo Sai on Tuesday said the BJP candidate Radheshyam Rathiya having long experience of public service be elected as representative from Raigarh.
Sai said he has started his work as Sarpanch to District President, District Panchayat member, ST Morcha and Kisan Morcha. He is soft-spoken and hard-working.
Sai was addressing the nomination rally at Raigarh.
Earlier, BJP candidate from Raigarh Lok Sabha Radheshyam Rathiya filed his nomination in the Collectorate. The Chief Minister Vishnudeo Sai and Pathalgaon MLA Gomati Sai became his proposers.
Sai in his address said Congressmen of state are distraught over their inevitable defeat in the Lok Sabha polls. It is forcing them to continuously give indecent statements against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It is a shameful act and a befitting reply has to be given to Congress. He highlighted the failures and corruption charges of the Congress-led statement government under the leadership of Bhupesh Baghel.
Sai said that under the good governance of BJP, all the work of public interest is being done day and night. The present state government has fulfilled the major promises of Modi. The remaining will be taken up in coming years. He briefed on the point in the manifesto of the BJP and the future plans.
Raigarh MLA and Finance Minister O P Choudhary said the Congress government gave the farmers the difference amount in instalments but the BJP government gave it as a lump sum. The Mahtari Vandan Yojana third instalment will be given in May. Cabinet Minister Ramvichar Netam said the assembly elections were the semi-final and this Lok Sabha election is the final. The Congress had made Chhattisgarh a den of corruption and crime.
