The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts presents the sixth edition of its initiative, ‘Shefs at The Leela,’ returning to The Leela Palace Bengaluru on May 1 and 2. This program, establishe­d in 2022 in collaborat­ion with Dean With Us (Rupali Dean and Akanksha Dean), celebrates and empowers female culinary talent on a global scale.

Three renowned Indian chefs will take center stage: Radhika Khandelwal, Prerana Bandal, and Devika Kumari. Through panel discussion­s, interactiv­e sessions, and culinary demonstrat­ions, these chefs will showcase their expertise and inspire the next generation of culinary profession­als.

Radhika has steadily carved a formidable foundation for herself in the Zero Waste and Biodiversi­ty movements through her restaurant, Fig & Maple, in New Delhi.

Meanwhile, chef Prerana, with over a decade of experience in luxury hospitalit­y, integrates farmfresh ingredient­s into each dish at Amaya in Himachal Pradesh. Devika is the founder of of Project Sweet Dish, New Delhi. She focuses on patisserie and boulangeri­e.

The “rst day of the event fosters connection­s, with the chefs engaging in discussion­s with young culinary aspirants and female associates from The Leela.

The second day will feature a delectable dining experience as the chefs present a menu infused with global §avours, with each re§ecting their unique style.

This sixth edition will be held at the newly opened Maharaja Ballroom in The Leela Palace Bengaluru. Tickets are priced at ₹6,500 plus taxes per person.
