In­tel to open tech cen­tre in Hy­der­abad

Tech­nol­ogy firm In­tel will set up a devel­op­ment cen­tre in Hy­der­abad. The pro­posed cen­tre is ex­pected to cre­ate 1,500 jobs “in the ini­tial phases.” An In­tel del­e­ga­tion, headed by its Coun­try Head Nivruti Rai, held dis­cus­sions with IT Min­is­ter KT Rama Rao here on Fri­day. “The Min­is­ter briefed them about the In­dus­trial Pol­icy of Te­lan­gana and the in­fra­struc­ture fa­cil­i­ties avail­able in the State cap­i­tal,” a state­ment from the gov­ern­ment said. “Sev­eral meet­ings were held be­tween the of­fi­cials and In­tel team, which cul­mi­nated into set­ting up of the cen­tre,” he said.The In­tel team in­vited the Min­is­ter to at­tend the com­pany’s 20th an­niver­sary on No­vem­ber 15 in
