The evergreen favourite Malabari snack unnakkai sets the mood for the iftar menu at Cassava Kochi Marriott.

Curated by chef Bineesh, the iftar spread here includes winning combinatio­ns such as chicken stew with pathiri, along with Cassava’s specialty chicken lollipop and beef Thalasserr­y biryani.

The traditiona­l sulaimani, which is usually had after a heavy meal, comes in the form of a sulaimani sorbet. The sweet dishes include pal ada cheese cake, rose pudding, and kulfi. Open from 12.30pm to 3.30pm.

Skate along

Learn to skate — roller, inline or on a skateboard — at Kochi’s only skatebowl, Loop Skatepark. Built in 2023, it is Kerala’s only dedicated skating space (the skateboard­ing classes) are a first and will be conducted by profession­al coaches. Teen call

A Teen Conference organised by Mind Mojo is designed to guide teenagers through various aspects of life. From financial independen­ce to digital safety, healthy relationsh­ips, mental and physical health and personal developmen­t, the one-day programme will have industry experts talking to the teens.

Oops I did it again

Little Big Club is hosting Operation Oops, a fun, messy module designed for children where they can experiment by making mistakes. They can then as kozhi ada, chatti pathiri, unnakai, atti pathiri, and chora pathiri, will be available too.
