APPLE TODDY (ALCOHOLIC)

YOU NEED

60 ml Cognac, 60 ml apple juice, 30 ml lime juice, 20 ml honey, 2 cardamom, 2 cinnamon, 4-5 black pepper, 4-5 cloves

METHOD

• In a Boston glass, muddle all

the spices together • Add the rest of the

ingredient­s and stir well • Microwave the concoction for 30 seconds as this will keep the beverage piping hot • Double strain in a latte glass • Garnish with a lemon slice

and some spices

QAWAH PYALA (ALCOHOLIC)

YOU NEED

60 ml Captain Morgan Rum, 5-8 mint leaves, 90 ml masala tea, 30 ml lime juice, 30 ml honey

METHOD

• In a Boston glass, scatter some mint leaves.

• Add the rest of the ingredient­s

• Pass the concoction through steam

• Double strain in a latte glass

• Garnish with a cinnamon stick

CUBAN ESPRESSO (ALCOHOLIC)

YOU NEED

60 ml White Rum, 30 ml Kahlúa, 60 ml espresso, 30 ml sugar syrup

METHOD

• Add the white rum, Kahlúa

and sugar syrup in a

Boston Glass • Stir well • Microwave the concoction for

30 seconds • Pour it in a cognac glass • Add a double shot of espresso • Serve with cookies on the side

WINTER DELIGHT (ALCOHOLIC)

YOU NEED

20 ml Amaretto, 20 ml Kahlúa, 60 ml espresso, 20 ml Sambuca, 15 ml sugar syrup

METHOD

• Take the Amaretto, Kahlúa, Sambuca and sugar syrup and add them together in a Boston Glass. • Stir well • Pour a double shot of espresso to the concoction • Serve in a sherry glass

HAZELNUT ESPRESSO (NON-ALCOHOLIC)

YOU NEED

60 ml espresso, 180 ml foamed milk, 2 gms chocolate powder, 20 ml hazelnut syrup

METHOD

• Take an espresso shot and pour it in a glass

• Add foamed milk and hazelnut syrup

• Stir well

• Garnish with chocolate powder

CARAMEL HOT CHOCOLATE (NON-ALCOHOLIC)

YOU NEED

20 gms drinking chocolate powder, 30 ml caramel syrup, 150 ml milk

METHOD

• Warm the milk till hot and add the drinking chocolate powder

• Stir well till the powder dissolves

• Add caramel syrup and pass the concoction through steam

• Serve in a hot latte glass

SAFFRON CARDAMOM MILK (NON-ALCOHOLIC)

YOU NEED

150 ml milk, 2-3 cardamoms, 30 ml saffron syrup

METHOD

• In a mixing glass scatter the pieces of cardamoms

• Add hot milk and saffron syrup

• Stir well

• Strain the mixture in a latte cup

• Garnish with saffron

and cardamom
