Indonesian Spicy Grilled Potato

METHOD

Peel and slice the potato in one inch thick cubes. Immerse in cold water and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Pre-heat the grill with oil. Drain the potatoes and pat dry. Toss in one tablespoon oil and a little salt. Make a skewer with potato. Grill the skewer, add butter and chilli sambal. Once completely coated, add sesame seeds, garnish with spring onion, and serve hot.

INGREDIENT­S

1 large sweet potato or regular potatoes (about 16 ounces)

1 tbsp oil

2 tbsp chilli sambal

2-3 pcs corriander root

2-3 garlic cloves (grated)

2 sprigs spring onion Churched chilli

Black pepper (grounded)

Sesame oil

Sesame seeds

Skewer sticks

Salt to taste
