SeaFood SuiMai
METHOD
Marinate the shrimps with oyster sauce, butter, sesame oil, Kafir lime leaf and salt. Make small round balls of the starch for the skin. Roll it out slowly and fill it up with the marinated shrimps and make a crinkly parcel with hand (SuiMai). Next put the individual SuiMai in a steamer and steam for about 10 minutes or till it is cooked.
INGREDIENTS
180gms shrimps (cleaned and deveined)
1 Kafir lime leaf
2 tsp butter
½ tsp sesame oil
Oyster Sauce
Salt
