Mar­i­nate the shrimps with oys­ter sauce, but­ter, sesame oil, Kafir lime leaf and salt. Make small round balls of the starch for the skin. Roll it out slowly and fill it up with the mar­i­nated shrimps and make a crinkly par­cel with hand (SuiMai). Next put the in­di­vid­ual SuiMai in a steamer and steam for about 10 min­utes or till it is cooked.


180gms shrimps (cleaned and de­veined)

1 Kafir lime leaf

2 tsp but­ter

½ tsp sesame oil

Oys­ter Sauce
