Curated with utmost precision in comfort, the villa designed by Pooja Bihani of Spaces and Design emotes out a sophisticated paradigm of dwelling. Meant to be a vacation home, it provides the perfect respite to the normalcy of routine in the form of a recreational abode.

Described as “Rustic Chic”, the villa is a time trap within its own bubble. With the first step in, you would momentarily be transported to a very different arena of existence. The beautifully crafted minimalistic clock over a marble base right at the entrance is a clear indication to any guest that their time would be worth every second. The entire home tells a tale through its unique detailing as each space flows into another. Be it the life sized horse in the living area or the shocking pink couch in the master bedroom, the signature pieces are the real attention stealers. But do not be deceived by the contemporary chic interiors it exhibits. It has a fairly rustic presence to it as well, in the form of natural stone flooring, naturally left wall finishes and wooden ceilings. The contradictory existence of its rusticity and poshness mingles so well that it becomes a delightful experience.

The transparency within the outdoors and indoors has been incorporated with such a balance that each space breathes out into the open. The use of turf on the ceiling and on the internal steps in addition to other landscaping elements gives a unique character and a sense of tranquillity drawn from nature. It is really a matter of expertise how each space stands out from the other. The all white children’s bedroom is eccentrically pleasant. The furnishings, most of which have been imported from outside the country, mark their presence vividly. It seems like they are boasting about their luxuriousness.

The heart of the villa is undoubtedly reflected by the pool area - literally as well as philosophically. It has been so located that one could envision it from any angle of the house. The large sea shell mimicked seating by the pool side is hard to miss. The back lit onyx bar counter with wooden logs as bar stools adds up perfectly to the pool.

We seldom come across creations that have the ability to transform a person within its periphery. The BMA Villa does that with ease. It could surely be called a standout in its domain of creation. In a nutshell, the 4500 square feet of interior space could be defined as pure ecstasy!
