House of Rugs, the new e-commerce platform founded by Aishwarya Gupta has collaborated with Gur Organics of Pernia Qureshi. Kairos promotes sustainable luxury, as well as women’s education, another of Aishwarya’s concerns. The duo has created a collection of rugs that not only brings focus on the important topic, but also creates a new aesthetics influenced by nature, that is minimal, tranquil and exquisite. Two of the dhurries from the collection are made of PET yarn derived from recycled plastic, while three rugs are in a combination of wool and jasmine silk, and one in wool and viscose.
