384 tigers killed in In­dia in last 10 years

Noida: A total of 384 tigers have been killed by poach­ers across the coun­try in the last ten years, which trans­lates to over three a month, a re­ply un­der the Right to In­for­ma­tion has re­vealed. Be­tween 2008 and 2018 (till Novem­ber), 961 peo­ple have also been ar­rested for al­legedly poach­ing tigers, the RTI re­ply said.
