LONDON: Telegraph reported that a survey found that eight out of 10 bosses admit that their own company is losing money because of excessive politeness, from customers being undercharged to employees going unchallenged for submitting bogus expenses claims. They hold back from confrontation because they feel it might cost the company more in the long run. In other news, Met has warned that Britain could be headed for a mini ice age within the next 40 years.
