The Strahov Monastery Brewery

This brewery stands perched on top of a hill, close to the famous Prague Castle. Granted, there are beautiful views of the city as you make your way up, but if someone tells you that the trudge up the hill will make the beer taste that much better, they’re lying. The beer tastes just fine on its own and your palate will be satisfied either way, but your calves will be much more grateful if you’d have taken a cab up there.
