Anew year is upon us. And we are already excited in anticipati­on of what 2017 might have in store for us gadget fanatics. The hope is that this won’t be as laid-back a year as the previous one in terms of new releases. Last year, even the launch of the new iPhone didn’t impress many. Samsung’s Note 7 fiasco was a new low for the world of technology. Microsoft’s Surface line failed to create much noise. And the gaming sector was resting on the laurels of past successes. But this doesn’t mean we don’t have anything to look forward to.
