THE BAR COMPANY Gardens Galleria Mall, Sector 38, Noida

Meal for Two: Rs 2,000 plus taxes

The Bar Company (TBC), a newly-launched venue in Noida, is located on the second floor of the Garden Galleria Mall. It is an artfully created space which takes its inspiration from a British pub setting, with its doors letting visitors into a vintage and elegant space. It is a place where one can enjoy a social conversation over a round of beer and nibble food. The Bar Company welcomes visitors for a night full of pulsating music with shots head-reeling, all under one roof.

The brainchild of Aseem Sharma, The Bar Company found its philosophy in line with the three basic pillars of hospitality—entertainment, food and service.

I recently visited this place. Let’s start with ambience. It is a mix and match of unique and contemporary décor. The rich interiors and draped fabrics offer a chic and elegant atmosphere. The luxury element of the interior, the fine food and drinks make you feel like you’ve transported to a pub in Britain.

The Bar Company is beloved for its truly unique flavours and concoctions that feature on the menu, including some amazing cocktails, mocktails and interesting European dishes.

The extensiveness of the menu leaves one astonished. The restaurant also serves authentic Oriental and Indian cuisine with some mouth-watering dishes like Veggie Lettuce Wrap, Global Salad Bowls, Mandarin Herb Crusted Fish Fillet, Pink Salmon, to name some.

Coming to the drinks, we started our night with some refreshing cocktails like B Company Tea and Bourbon Bombariers. B Company Tea is a Vodka-based drink and has an infusion of light tea aroma, just to give you heads up while choosing.

To accompany the drinks, we ordered starters like Thai Basil Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Broccoli and my favourite, Dahi ke Kebab. The starters were delicious and highly recommended. And also, the drinks for sure lift up your palate and give you an adrenaline rush at the same time.

The next dish they served was freshly baked stone oven Veg Pizzas—the star dish of my table, thin crust and good cheese burst. B Company Stylish Burgers was next on my plate, which was quite spicy.

For the main course, I had their special B Company Dal Makhni paired with Butter Naan. The presentation was quite impressive. It was very filling and delectable.

Till now we became quite full. So we decided to end our meal with their bestselling dessert, Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream. The brownie was soft and moist complemented beautifully with the vanilla ice cream.

Also, this place has some brownie points like every week they host different events to give the audience a great experience.
