ASene­galese man, en­raged at be­ing asked to drive slowly, chewed off part of a man’s cheek in outer Delhi’s Ni­hal Vi­har on Wed­nes­day night. The ac­cused, Ba Oussey­nou — whose visa was later found to have ex­pired — had brushed his twowheeler past the vic­tim, who was walk­ing back from a restau­rant. He has been booked for caus­ing hurt by dan­ger­ous means.
