New Delhi: Former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit on Sunday said that the constant fight between BJP-led Centre and Delhi’s AAP government had stalled all development works in the capital.

Addressing a worker’s convention in west Delhi’s Kirari, the Delhi Congress chief said both the governments had betrayed the confidence of the people.

“The Kejriwal government and the Centre and municipal corporations of Delhi have only been misleading people with lies and falsehood without doing any constructive work,” Dikshit said.

Expressing concern at the plight of farmers, Dikshit said the recent rain and hailstorm had completely damaged the crops but Delhi government was yet to announce any compensation to bail them out.
