Jaipur: The clash between Jaipur Pink Panthers and Gujarat Fortunegiants ended in a thrilla-minute 28-28 tie in the Pro Kabaddi League at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium here on Friday. With the draw, Jaipur remain at the seventh spot while Gujarat stayed in the 10th place. In the second match, UP Yoddha demolished Tamil Thalaivas 41-19. With this loss, Tamil Thalaivas broke their previous record of losing 11 matches in a row.

In the Jaipur-Gujarat match, raiders struggled to get a stranglehold as the defenders kept putting in successful tackles. The Pink Panthers, boosted by the return of Vishal, looked slightly better, and the marginal difference in quality was all they needed to inflict an All-Out on Gujarat. The teams were tied 24-24 with three minutes to go. Both tried to edge ahead but it ended in a stalemate.
