Mistakes are inevitable, he said, and one doesn’t get judged for making them. However, what is unpardonable is refusing to take risks. “The biggest risk is not taking any risk. In a world that’s changing really quickly, the only strategy that is guaranteed to fail is not taking risks,” he had said.
