Is­lam­abad: PM Im­ran Khan lashed out at a law­maker from his own party Pak­istan Tehreek-e-In­saf (PTI) for rais­ing some of the press­ing prob­lems faced by the peo­ple while he was on his US visit.

“Have you ever spo­ken against the gov­ern­ment when you were in Pak­istan Peo­ples Party,” Alam said the PM had asked him dur­ing the meet­ing.

The PM told the meet­ing that all law­mak­ers, in­clud­ing Noor Alam Khan, should re­mem­ber that the high prices were due to failed eco­nomic poli­cies of the pre­vi­ous gov­ern­ments. Alam, who had joined the PTI just be­fore the 2018 elec­tions, said he told the PM that he had al­ways spo­ken about the prob­lems of the gov­ern­ment when he was in PPP.
