mask was sup­posed to help the wearer get a youth­ful look through mild elec­tric shocks to the face. It was meant to ‘ex­er­cise’ fa­cial mus­cles, rid­ding the face of wrin­kles. The prod­uct’s ad and prom­ise raised quite a few eye­brows but did lit­tle else ap­par­ently.
