The Neuro-musculo-skeleton Strength Care programme uses a combination of Ayurveda, naturopathy, and marma to build strength and improve mobility. It includes sessions of abhyangam, kizhi, mud wraps and deep-tissue therapy, as well as daily sessions of yoga and meditation, and a customised Ayurvedic diet.
