ADRIFT Kaya, JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity

Inspired by Michelinstarred chef David Myers’ travels to Tokyo, the recently-launched ADRIFT Kaya at JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity is a modern take on the Japanese izakaya (a type of bar) and offers a flavour-forward and ingredient-focused menu. Guests are greeted by the indigo-dyed wooden floors, handmade beading hanging from the ceiling, and aroma of freshly grilled yakitori. There’s also an open kitchen and sushi bar that offers counter seating. The highlight of the space is the 360° bar. The newest addition to the F&B offerings at The St. Regis Mumbai, Sette Mara is a lounge, bar, and kitchen whose menu is curated with aromatic spices and ingredients originating from the Levant. Chef Reuben has shaped the experience, preserving the tradition and family sharing style of the Middle Eastern countries. The menu opens with freshly-tossed salads and mezzes, and ends with house made ice-creams and desserts.
