The project,

set to attract more than $100 million in investment, will feature 442 luxurious hotel rooms and residentia­l units. Amenities will include a sophistica­ted beach club, an exquisite restaurant, and a captivatin­g infinity pool, all situated to provide stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel and Residences not only extends the group’s footprint but also introduces branded residences into its portfolio, aiming to blend luxury with lifestyle and entertainm­ent in one of the region’s top investment destinatio­ns.
