has been ap­pointed the Chef de Cui­sine of EEST (authen­tic Asian F&B venue) of The Westin Gur­gaon. Hail­ing from China, Sing started his ca­reer by work­ing with his fa­ther who was in the culi­nary busi­ness. He took for­mal train­ing in a Chi­nese res­tau­rant and went on to be­come an Ex­ec­u­tive Chef at the age of 30. Since then has worked in Malaysia and Burma be­fore com­ing to In­dia. He is all set to cre­ate a culi­nary jour­ney, where each dish will have its unique high­lights, re­sult­ing in an ex­cit­ing din­ing

ex­pe­ri­ence.
