Tourism De­vel­op­ment Cor­po­ra­tion (MTDC) is bet­ting big on its plans to re­vamp its web­site in the next six months. The cor­po­ra­tion has al­ready floated an EoI for the same and ex­pects to re-launch its web­site with well man­aged con­tent, authen­tic sup­pli­ers, ac­com­mo­da­tion fa­cil­i­ties, tourist in­for­ma­tion, etc. be­fore De­cem­ber this year. It has iden­ti­fied 88 des­ti­na­tions in the State with tourism po­ten­tial and qual­ity in­fra­struc­ture. Talk­ing about the new plans, Kishore Gadre, Gen­eral Man­ager, MTDC said, “The re­vamped web­site will be more de­tailed and act as a plat­form of in­for­ma­tion and mar­ket­ing for pri­vate play­ers. The con­tent on the web­site will be from the ex­perts and will have a trans­par­ent sys­tem of work­ing.
