The sce­nario only dif­fers from the sit­u­a­tion wherein the small play­ers rather than fo­cussing on niche ser­vices and their strong USPs, start plan­ning to have the full blown so­lu­tions which are be­ing used by the large en­ter­prises. As tech­nol­ogy changes ev­ery time and small startup com­pa­nies don’t have a lot of money for the needed tech- nol­ogy in­vest­ments for their busi­ness, a wise en­tre­pre­neur must be able to de­ter­mine what prod­ucts need to be bought and what soft­ware and gad­gets will be an­ti­quated be­fore the com­pany can fully utilise them. Sachdeva fur­ther adds, “small and medium play­ers should start their au­to­ma­tion pro­cesses from their core re­quire­ment, to the next im­por­tant, to the next and keep on build­ing in a step by step mode. This helps to man­age the cost, main­te­nance re­sources, lesser up­front de­posit for in­stant sale, and gives the con­fi­dence to build up more when the taste of suc­cess has been achieved at the first phase. “We see the fu­ture bright as a need of bet­ter au­to­ma­tion pro­cesses in this in­dus­try in the com­ing time where the need is in­creas­ing be­yond the busi­ness au­to­ma­tion. The in­dus­try needs to re­main in con­stant touch with their es­teemed clien­tele, sup­pli­ers and part­ners. The fu­tur­is­tic tech­no­log­i­cal so­lu­tion will have a holis­tic ap­proach to pro­vide and share the in­for­ma­tion for a busi­ness need and for the needs of so­cial con­nec­tiv­ity,” ex­plains Sachdeva.
