MOT promotes film tourism
The IIFA awards ceremony was organised at Macau on July 6, 2013. Addressing the occasion,
K Chiranjeevi, Minister for Tourism, said that global award functions such as IIFA not only promote films, but also provide an effective platform for promoting tourism and the Incredible India brand. “The Tourism Ministry is providing financial assistance for films and facilitating single-window clearance for filming in the country. We are also participating in various international film festivals like the Cannes Film Festival to showcase Incredible India,” said Chiranjeevi.
