Amitabh Bachchan, a renowned Bollywood veteran, is featured in an exclusive video celebrating the launch of British Airways’ Boeing 787 Dreamliner direct flights between Hyderabad and London.

On March 31, 2014, British Airways launched its state- of- the- art Boeing

Dreamliner on five of its seven weekly direct flights between Hyderabad and London Heathrow. The inaugural flight to Hyderabad carried a special commemorative plaque honouring Amitabh Bachchan; the first time British Airways has bestowed such a prestigious accolade.

Amitabh Bachchan spoke fondly about British Airways and the ‘unique charm’ of both London and Hyderabad.

“The launch of this aircraft unites two of my favorite destinations – Hyderabad and London.
