With more than 13 years’ experience, Chef Dasgupta has worked as a Senior Sous Chef at The Rambagh Palace, Jaipur, followed by stints as the Executive Sous Chef at Taj Bengal, Kolkata, and The TajMahal Hotel, New Delhi. Chef Dasgupta is a graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management, Bhopal.
