FHRAI’s September Stop

Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) is gearing up for its 49th Annual Convention that will be held at Jaipur Marriott from September 12–15, 2014. Highlighting the new theme, Hospitality & Tourism: The Key to Unlocking India’s Global Potential, FHRAI will emphasise on the upcoming challenges and opportunities in the sector. According to SM Shervani, President, FHRAI, the industry needs easy financing, licensing, higher FSIs and land banks so that cheaper land is available to the industry. “We continue to pursue the demand for lowering the minimum project cost mandated for inclusion of hotels.”
