TAFI North India Chapter holds seminar on Service Tax

TAFI North India chapter held a service tax seminar in the auditorium of the Russian Cultural Center, Feroz Shah Road, New Delhi for the benefit of the travel industry. 116 persons from IATA and non-IATA agents, media, tour operator and airlines attended the seminar.

Praveen Chugh, Vice President TAFI and Vijay K.Gupta, Chairman NI, TAFI were present at the seminar. The Chief Guest and the main speaker at the Seminar was Lakshmikumaran, Managing Partner at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan attorneys assisted by Kapil Sharma, Joint Partner, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan attorneys. The seminar was quite interactive and helped clear issues pertaining to Service Tax. Vijay K.Gupta, Chairman NI, TAFI, presented a memento to Lakshmi Kumaran and Kapil Sharma as a token of appreciation .
