Virgin unites golfers from the travel trade

The 2014 edition of Virgin Atlantic’s innovative International Golf Tournament just got bigger and better. This unique competition gave Indian travel trade part- ners the opportunity to test their golfing skills against like-minded golfers on a global platform.

Travel Agent Golfers from India, Vikram Kapoor ( Tourist Corp), Vipan Sharma ( Aircruise) and Ajay Seth (Vision Travels), competed against teams from across Virgin’s network. The Indian team successfully beat golfers from the Dubai, UK, Japan, USA and many other countries to end the competition in a very impressive third place. The event took place in the beautiful Scottish town of St. Andrew’s and played on courses including Kittock’s St Andrew’s Bay and the famous King’s Course at Gleneagles.
