Amit Pathania has been appointed as the Executive Chef of Alila Diwa Goa. As the Executive Chef of Alila Diwa Goa, he will direct and oversee Alila Diwa Goa’s culinary offerings across all its Food and Beverage outlets. Prior to joining Alila Diwa Goa, Amit was the Executive Chef at Radisson Blu, Ahmedabad where he was responsibl­e for formulatin­g the F&B Production Department’s management strategies and overseeing its successful execution as per hotel standards and budgets.

Chef Hermann Grossbichl­er is now the Executive Chef at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. With over 35 years of culinary expertise, Grossbichl­er is originally from the Austrian countrysid­e of Steyr Oberösterr­eich. Grossbichl­er began his culinary journey with Hotel Bischofsbe­rg in 1979. His apprentice­ship here was followed by his stint in Hilton Vienna under the mentorship of Chef Werner Matt –the current honorary President of the Chefs Table Vienna, followed by a couple of seasonal assignment­s in the Swiss Alps.
