Alila Diwa Goa
Amit Pathania has been appointed as the Executive Chef of Alila Diwa Goa. As the Executive Chef of Alila Diwa Goa, he will direct and oversee Alila Diwa Goa’s culinary offerings across all its Food and Beverage outlets. Prior to joining Alila Diwa Goa, Amit was the Executive Chef at Radisson Blu, Ahmedabad where he was responsible for formulating the F&B Production Department’s management strategies and overseeing its successful execution as per hotel standards and budgets.
Chef Hermann Grossbichler is now the Executive Chef at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. With over 35 years of culinary expertise, Grossbichler is originally from the Austrian countryside of Steyr Oberösterreich. Grossbichler began his culinary journey with Hotel Bischofsberg in 1979. His apprenticeship here was followed by his stint in Hilton Vienna under the mentorship of Chef Werner Matt –the current honorary President of the Chefs Table Vienna, followed by a couple of seasonal assignments in the Swiss Alps.
