What are the main chal­lenges in li­censes that you have faced be­fore fi­nally open­ing?

The chal­lenges we faced was mainly due to se­cu­rity reg­u­la­tions. Our rooms are not fac­ing the run­way or the air­craft hanger, so we do not have se­cu­rity clear­ance is­sues. We have all the se­cu­rity ar­range­ments as per the re­quire­ment of the au­thor­i­ties. po­rate meet­ings. There will be com­pet­i­tive pres­sure due to dou­bling of up­scale ho­tel sup­ply with size­able inventory growth within Ae­roc­ity. Sub­stan­tial si­mul­ta­ne­ous new sup­ply will keep room rates un­der pres­sure in 2015 and 2016.
