Nagpur- based Jagsons Travels is setting the stage for a bigger and better Global Panorama Showcase (GPS) this February. Visitors can expect an exciting three days with not just great networking opportunities and workshops but also landmark announcements by the travel company.

Anand, MD, Jagsons Travels and Secretary, TAAI, said, “In a first-of-its-kind tie up, we will be announcing our partnership with one of the top universities in North America – the York University in Toronto – for undergraduate and post-graduate programs in Canada. We have invited the Associate Director (Special Programs) at York University, Emily Rush, to GPS in Nagpur where we will announce this tie-up to the trade and visitors.” Anand added that the young and dynamic Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra
Fadnavis, hails from Nagpur and they have invited him to be the Chief Guest to inaugurate the event and are awaiting a response from his office.
For the coming year
Next year’s event, Anand added, will have a program for international hosted buyers that will look at hosting at least 30 to 40 serious players from different countries. “Our aim is now to connect Nagpur directly to the rest of the world. We want to educate and empower Nagpur operators that will lead to a demand for allied industries,” he revealed.
