has been appointed as the Assistant Director Food & Beverage at Hyatt Regency Chennai. Rakshit started his career with Hyatt Regency Kolkata in 2002 where he managed most of the outlets in the property. In 2011 he got transferred as an Outlet Manager to Hyatt Regency Mumbai, where he served for a year. In 2012, he joined Hyatt Raipur as the Food & Beverage Manager where he served his last before joining Hyatt Regency Chennai. Sourav holds a B.Sc. degree from Calcutta University and a hotel management degree from IHM
