Industry wants free Wi-Fi in hotels

recently conducted a poll asking the industry if all hotels in India should offer free Wi-Fi in the room. Unanimously the industry feels that free Wi-Fi in hotel rooms is now the need of the hour. 96 per cent of the industry voted for free Wi-Fi while four per cent had reservations due to security concerns in India. Hotels need to look at this demand seriously and now it might be time to consider Wi-Fi as a necessity and not a luxury that guests need to pay for.
